With the exception of Dylan (who was exceptionally friendly and helpful) and the woman I spoke to when we first arrived to see if our room was ready, the others were bordering on rude, a smile would probably be asking for far too much, and being made to feel like you were intruding and unwelcome when approaching the front desk is definitely not cool.
