1. We had booked a stay at another motel and were not happy with that room but from the moment we walked into the Desertpalms and were greeted by the front counter staff we were very impressed and turned the start of our Disneyland VACATION from a negative into a positive.

6. The pool and spa was also great, on the last day of our vacation we let the kids swim for a couple of hours before going home that made them happy and it was a nice transition back to real life.
