1. I know that they are 'not responsible for lost or stolen property' but maybe in this case there could be an exception.

2. It's unfortunate that good customer service is not as obvious as it should be and in this case a few minor fixes could make this a great repeat hotel visit : - Taking responsibility for and installing in-room internet access is a key for most of the people I know.

5. Where were they? Why was I placed in the awkward situation of having to police a problem like this? While a hotel is not responsible for how much sleep I get, I DO believe they are responsible for tending to security issues, no?I got the name of the manager before checking out, wrote him a letter within a couple of days of returning home requesting a reimbursement for my stay.

7. The guest in line a head of me was complaining of spiders and roaches in the room and he received the same response from the staff.

9. What's more brilliant, is after 2 weeks of being told that the bear was there, it had mysteriously disappeared and all David could do was give me a very unemotional 'sorry for ya' type response.
