1. They have jacuzzi in the pool area, which is pretty cool.

3. As others have mentioned, they rent out the pool to private parties, music was ridiculously loud and playing hip hop music loaded with profanity's not cool for a family with small children.

Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable - the room was great, with easily controlled heating/cooling (great because as Canadians, we weren't used to the humidity so the temperature felt different to us); the pool (and area) was clean and well set up for swimming and sunbathing; the restaurant staff was friendly and prompt; the location is fantastic.
