4. It's an older place, but it's been redone recently, and the rooms were modern, clean, pleasant and comfortable.

5. Pros: No bedbugs, comfortable beds and pillows, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, close to Disneyland, relatively quiet, finding parking wasn't a problem for us.
