6. The room coffee is one step up from 'dirty water' with no other options, there are no lobby staff present except at the main tower, and the staff in general, are disinterested and overworked.

7. No midday freshening of the room or turn down service which would have been welcomed when returning from a long day at the park and excepted for a hotel room that costs over $300 a night.

8. I would probably give this hotel an average rating except I have tried many hotels out in the Disney area and it is as good as you get except for the Grand California.

9. With that said, if you have older kids, hotels like the Hyatt or Embassy Suites that come with larger rooms for less money may be a better option with the exception of the pool areas.

10. The room comes with the usual amenities EXCEPT if you would like to have a cup of tea instead of the brewed coffee, you must BUY teabags from the shop in the main tower.
