1. I didn't mind because there is a cool South Pacific vibe to the pool area, with the music, palm trees, plenty of seating (and this was Spring Break week).

5. We were trying to cool the room down so we could sleep and have the fan on, but the fan apparently is motion sensored and would shut itself off after 12 minutes--if you got up to check it, it would kick back on as you moved towards it and then go off after another 12 minutes.

9. The monorail is a waste of space and wasn't running- so we walked through Downtown Disney and cut through the secret passage of the Grand Californian, which was a cool VIP thing that you get if you are staying at any of the Disney Hotels and landed in California Adventure.
