1. I do remember reading a review that mentioned that they had dirty carpets and the response was that it was isolated to that room.

2. However, some guests obviously decided that the hotel were responsible for cleaning their guests breakfast left overs and mess rising to the area looking a little messy at times as the staff had to busily clean up the areas vacated.
