4. A few nights into our stay we had a problem, the toilet water had been running all night and flooded the kidsuite and I am afraid that is all I can say for now due to legal reasons as I am in the process of taking a civil action against the hotel for compensation and a personal grievance against the GM Jefferson for his less than professional behaviour.
