1. It turned out that a premium room had several benefits: a nice big popcorn tub with a welcome letter in it (personalized - which meant that the upgrade wasn't a last-minute thing) and plenty of snacks (microwave popcorn, fresh-baked cookies, packaged snacks).

5. the room was pretty nice and clean, and the staff were very welcoming to us, from the front desk to housekeeping, the main pool was fantastic, no main issue with this hotel, except the people who stayed in the room next to us were a bit noisy, would stay here again, unless we can find a hotel that is even closer to the park.

10. We stayed in the states overall for nearly two months so there were a lot of Hotels along the way but I can honestly say Candy Cane Inn was not only the most enjoyable, but the friendliest, cleanest and most welcoming hotel of all.
