2. Our new room had much better beds but the heating/ac (they are the type that are built into the outside wall) did not operate properly to regulate a comfortable temperature.

9. The only two changes we'd like to see are a return to the bus pickup area Blue 17 [safer and bus is visible from a distance] and also more TV channels or better selection [more movies and sports; less LA news channels].
