6. 4 mile walk to gate of Disneyland (or small fee shuttle operated by Anaheim), very friendly staff, very clean, excellent management, new carpet in halls and new flat screen TVs (but no HD)Cons: Slight wear in the room on carpet edges and floorboards, fee for parking (gated and secure, though), fee for internet in roomOne of our travel party had a need for a very clean environment due to a medical condition, and a manager named Eileen returned my call that inquired about possible special housekeeping prior to our arrival, then made a great plan with housekeeping to get the rooms impeccable.

7. So you know when you stay somewhere you liked a lot and you hope someday to make it back but are also worried it won't live up to your expectations when you do? How can they? Was it really that good or was it just because I was on vacation? Were those cookies really warm? Well for my second stay at the doubletree I can say, it is still great even with the newness of novelty cookies worn off.
