1. Although the weekend we booked was a very busy one for the hotel, the front desk staff moved many things/people around so that they could accommodate all of us.

3. The only issue we had was when we checked in, we asked if there was a room where we could see the Disney fireworks, and we were told by the lady with a French accent that she would put us in a room that accommodate our request.
