8. If you are going to stay at this Hotel and use the concierge facility ONLY speak to Gary who is primarily interested in helping people obtain the best value for money service and not feathering his own nest at the expense of guests.

We took the hint from the staff there and had a great meal sitting at the bar with the kids and it was one of the best meals that we had had for quite some time Warning - The concierge facility is NOT to be trusted with one of the concierge's asking for a tip up front to make a suggestion whilst also taking a sizeable 'fee' from the limo company.

10. Dinner I have to say was the best experience, my colleges and my self had an exceptional dinner experience, I wish I could remember our waiter's name and the night restaurant manager is one of a kind, great personality and very helpful.
