1. The women at the front desk at the time was very nice and stated that I would be refunded considering we could not stay because of the window being broken.

2. And seriously, if you're looking for quality dining, why would you even consider eating the free breakfast? The way I see it, if you're paying this little for a room, you can afford a nice breakfast somewhere else.

4. I stayed there upon return, and found the room clean and grounds spotless, and enjoyed a nice breakfast which included delightful hot waffles and real donuts( not the typical preservative ladden hotel variety).

5. Traveling three weeks out of the month I have seen some catastrophies as far as hotel management so it is so nice to meet someone accomodating.
