2. I understand that due to my short notice arrival, there may be a policy to only turn on the air conditioners if there is an existing reservation, but it took about three hours for the room to cool to a comfortable temperature.

3. The second night (return trip) the A/C did not work properly, the room was not pre-cooled, and it had been a very hot day there.
