1. The shuttle drivers were helpful with suggestions about interesting attractions, and good places to eat, the housekeeping staff worked extra hard to help with air fresheners to keep my room smelling clean in spite of neighbors who smoked in a non-smoking room.

2. The one good thing we found was that the breakfast area was clean and attractive, and maybe because we were among the first few there, was well stocked, and it had the usual breakfast selections that you find at hotels.
