1. the only complaint would be the gym; the equipment is decent, but one of the treadmills had no TV, the A/C doesnt get very cool, and the windows are so small that you feel like you are in a jail.

4. -very good sound proofing, never heard any airport noiseWhat I didn't like:-no Safe, how does a business hotel not have a safe in this day an age?-we did not get our room cleaned one of the days there despite leaving the room early and returning late after our day trip to Santa Fe-A/C vent, directly over bed, when on super cold, when off hotWhat I hated:-pool, very disappointed it was unusable.

5. What I liked:-reasonably priced room service, limited but inexpensive, under $10 a piece (quick too)-room comfort, great bed, great shower, great bath products-location, literally across the street from the airport, lots of free parking-the staff, friendly, helpful but pretty much everyone in NM is.

8. recently updated, so not only is it shiny and new, but it actually doesn't feel like an airport hotel.

9. The thermostat did not work and my room was a chilly 68F the entire time -- I didn't mind this so much as I like the cold, but for anyone who likes warm rooms, this may be a deal breaker.

10. If you like casinos, Hard Rock is 8 minutes south and Sandia is 10-15 minutes north (both right off I-25).
