1. We showed up just as they were closing at 9am (we should have known better but a reminder at check-in would have been appreciated) and the attendant was kind to accommodate us.

3. Most of the charm is gone, the chain restaurants down the road offer better food and lower prices, and I hate being nickel-and-dimed for minimal amenities.
