1. the only complaint would be the gym; the equipment is decent, but one of the treadmills had no TV, the A/C doesnt get very cool, and the windows are so small that you feel like you are in a jail.

4. Dingy room, uncomfortable mattress and the room was terribly hot - but you cannot cool the room down - very dated temperature controls were useless.

5. They only tell you after you get in the room you can have heat in the winter and cool in the summer, so if you travel in the fall or spring, beware, the window wouldn't open and the heat wouldn't shut off.
