3. free cable and local calls made everything comfy and while there was free wireless internet access, I personally have had faster dial up 10 years ago while we lived in remote Alaska.

4. Laundry room was nice, they had free computer access in the Lobby (only one computer though), free cookies and news papers, restaurants within walking distance.
