1. I spent many hours in urgent care clinics to be told by doctors that it was probably spider bites on my hands (they have no idea what type) and that owing to my severe allergies I was having an unusual reaction to it.

3. Had a toilet issue, plunger was brought very promptly and they would have taken care of the plunging, but with our dogs, we felt safer doing the plunging ourselves (1 dog VERY protective).
