3. Free cable and local calls made everything comfy and while there was free wireless internet access, I personally have had faster dial up 10 years ago while we lived in remote Alaska.

4. Rooms were slightly dated, but we had 2 queen beds, a nice comfy chair, OK size TV, bathroom was super clean with tub & shower of course.
