I agree with a lot of the 'average or good value rating':This is what we did upon arriving in the evening: we walked up the two block to the cable cars start and then one bloc up in Powell and asked the price for a room in a tiny great looking hotel (not a luxury but nice looking) and we were told that this one night we could stay for 280 dollars and the next night for 330 dollars .

4. didnt notice any problems while on my stay it was beautiful and had a great time other than leaving some souvineers behind and the hotel staff saying they didnt find them(my fault should have double checked.
