3. Small, friendly hotel right in heart of San Francisco, close to Union Square so within walking distance of BART and tourist spots like Pier 39 etc.

9. Our room did not look like the other photos on here so we must have been in one of the cheaper rooms, however we paid $104 a night when a few people are saying they only paid $60 a night.

10. It was old, drab, dingy, felt institutional, the size of a closet, smelled like industrial disinfectant and had stains on the bedspread and carpet.
