1. There was plenty of room, but the lighting was depressingly dim--this is 'Fog City,' remember--and the furniture looked like it had been assembled from a combination of garage sales and failed hotel auctions.

2. The location of the hotel is pretty good with places to eat and drink and plenty of transport nearby but the hotel itself is expensive for what you get (or what you don't I should say.

4. cheap, quiet, nice people, near everything, clean room, hairdryer, soap, no shampoo, plenty of towels, sink outside shower which is good for makeup application, TV, lots of brochures and maps in the lobby, key instead of card, elevator.
