7. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, eg when we asked about a taxi to the airport we were advised to get the nearby BART instead which was extremely convenient and much cheaper.

9. Very convenient to major buses, the BART & trolleys as well (which is important when you've walked up one too many hills).
