1. except for some loose wall paper and the TV not working it was just what I was hoping for I did not go to San Francisco to watch TV.

4. Side note :People you need to know that most hotels in major cities charge for parking, internet & breakfast & San Francisco is NO EXCEPTION.

6. Our room was ok except for traffic noise, (I noticed the windows were single glazed so no wonder), the beds were fairly comfortable and I didn`t notice any peeling wallpaper or carpet stains as others have mentioned.

8. All staff except one of the desk clerks were very cheerful, hlepful and attentive, esp the concierge.
