1. the Good:-Room was clean with a nice bathroom-Individual garages included to park your car-Good location, easy walking distance to all the restaurants/shops on Chestnut-free WIFIThe Bad:-Small rooms-Courtyard rooms have NO privacy and you might get a view of something you don't want to see.

4. It's unique flower-filled courtyard has small carports that provide FREE parking---which in San Francisco is a godsend.

5. The free parking was a lifesaver (though it is true that the garages are small, they're more than adequate for the average car, and not having to find or pay for street parking makes the three-point turn to get in them more than worth your while.

6. The staff was friendly and helpful; gave us suggestions on where to find nearby restaurants, explained how to reserve our garage for ourselves so it would still be free if we were coming back to the hotel late.

8. The only reason why we stayed in this hotel is free parking - which turned out to be a tiny garage, once we parked our car inside we barely squeezed ourselves out.
