1. Every convenience you may need is within walking distance; market, pharmacy, cleaners, flower shop, bakery,deli, and bus stop if you don't want to drive downtown.

9. I think if they included a picture of their neon lit sign, which is conveniently left out of the pictures on the website, people wouldn't be so quick to fall in love with the place; sight unseen.

10. Although the rooms are small by today`s standards, keep in mind that the Marina Motel is a motel of the late 1930s in style and layout, which owners have taken care to respect while modernizing in other ways for visitor convenience and comfort.
