We complained about the noise and were told if we wanted another room at the back then we would have to pay extra for a deluxe room (so deluxe meens quiet at this hotel?) after refusing to pay for a quiet room we went away to talk about stuff and then returned to the reception, we asked for the manager this time who apologised for the noise and gave us another room at the back for free, this was slightly quieter but you can still here the traffic noise with the door shut at the back of the hotel.
