1. It would be a 4 except for the elevator and iffy parking - most irritated that the on- site staff wasn't honest about informing me about this while I was making my reservation.

2. The room looked like a dorm room - juvenile color scheme, odd desk chairs, torn carpeting, and nothing on the walls except two 8x10 ads for a coffee company, much too small for the space they were meant to decorate.

3. The bathroom would have been fine, except not much water pressure in the shower.

4. It's very difficult to bathe a 5 yr old in a shower stall and there was nowhere to place your shampoo bottles except on the shower floor (bathtub would be easier).
