7. The only bummer was that they didn't have much for Christmas decorations which I wasn't happy about but the Bliss Spa eased my worries away & we got out and about to see the decorations throughout the city.

9. The staff need to realise they are actually hotel workers and that guests deserve the service we are paying top-dollar for (and which most of the great people in the industry are happy to provide).
