2. This is something that should not happen and is not acceptable - I was refunded, but its not really about the money, more about the fact that a member of staff seems to be trying to steel indirectly from guests - I was lucky to have noticed, how many others might not notice and are being ripped off - as such, be careful and check your charges when eating at Trace.

3. They were not able to put us into a better room because the place was full, but they took care of us the next nights by putting us in the fabulous room with the wraparound corner window.

6. Loved the decor and the rooms, though small (and who cares cus you shouldn't be spending tons of time in them anyways) are incredibly well appointed with an eye for comfort and aesthetics.

9. They have shag rugs in the bedrooms that just look dirty and unkempt atall times and I did not care for the room furnishings at all.
