1. The do offer a good concierge and an Acura car service in town (I think for free?) but we didn't use it.

9. I was told that even though the computer center was on the 3rd floor if I went to the second floor with my own laptop I could browse for free as to avoid the cost to use my own laptop in my over priced room.
