1. My husband was not happy either, and said he will not book it for next years RSA or any other trips, and here is my review.

8. They literally bent over backwards to make us happy - for example, when I asked for new pillows, the gentleman who brought it up called us first before he knocked since our 'do not disturb' was on the doorknob and he did not want to bother us unnecessarily.
