3. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a suite which was enormous and very comfortable, although the room looked a little 'tired'.

Service is exemplary: the doormen were friendly and helpful, always interested in what we were going to see or do; maid service was unobtrusive, providing turndown service and fresh ice in the ice bucket each evening; the front desk was always happy to help with anything, from making a change in the room to making change from a 50 dollar bill.

7. The concierge could not have been more helpful, providing a BART schedule to plan our trip to the airport & and offering us the option of printing our boarding passes for us or directing us to the business center to do it ourselves.

8. The rooms are nice and the spa there is GREAT, wonderful pool, and the spa staff is very, very helpful and friendly, but they are not hired by the Huntington.
