5. I should add that besides the rooms, the hallways also look like they have seen better days and the obvious snobbishness of some of the staff is also pretty disappointing.

8. I guess in hindsight he was trying to continue to be accommodating even though he was having a medical issue, but it would have probably been better to have left the concierge desk for a bit to pull himself together.

9. Old Time San Francisco , atop Nob Hill , rooms are old , bathroom had been updated , Hotel staff was very attentive , hallways are dark and in need of updating , we had a lower priced room , it's possible the higher priced rooms are better .

10. Otherwise, I think there are other hotels within the same price range that have taken better care of their property.
