1. Walls are thin, most people staying here seem to be noisy college kids, drunk and happy - but annoying.

10. All in all, we were very happy with the hotel part of this was becuase of it is very well situated short cab ride to pier 39, walking distance to chna town, cable car and tram a stones throw away and Union Sqaure a few meters out of the door to the right.
