1. The staff were most obliging, the breakfasts very good, cleanliness excellent, and comfort of room and beds made it a haven after hitting the top tourist spots and shopping.

8. I gave cleanliness a five but I have a few complaints the elevator lobby at the parking garage is dirty and has been since my last visit, in fairness it is most likely impossible to keep clean but some new carpet and chairs would go a long way.
