1. I stayed here for a week (for the second time) and I really like this hotel.

3. We had a room at the side of the hotel and this meant that we didn't get too much street noise, but we also didn't get a view, but just like I didn't come to SF to sit in a hotel room, I didn't come to look out of the window either.

8. The room had a queen sized bed and was very small, like a small bedroom of someone's victorian house, but she had been warned about that during her research before reserving.

9. The reception staff have on the whole been quite un helpfull and my wife was sitting in the loung when the bar maid asked the couple over from her if they would like a drink only to ignore my wife.
