2. I guess the reason I've never written a review is that the hotel is just not that impressive; the deluxe rooms are extremely simple, not that clean, and a bit old and outdated.

7. I had not heard of the Taj Campton Place but our company had a corporate rate that was extremely reasonable and so after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor I booked it.
