1. And within the nicely appointed bathroom, there was a sink that hardly drained at all (it only took 45 seconds for the entire bowl to fill up with water with the drain OPEN).

4. Everything in the room feels high quality and there is a small seat in the window area with a nice view up the hill and of the Grand Hyatt opposite.
