1. Really cant say enough good things about my stay here Sept 2011 Have just got round to writing a review as my grandson said I should as the room was exceptionally large clean comfortable & the view from our window was spectacular We found the kitchen very useful as we often woke well before breakfast & could therefore have a hot drink/light snack before we went down for breakfast I loved the location of the Grosvenor it was lovely & peaceful I highly recommend the Grosvenor I enjoyed my stay so much I have booked to return in May 2012.

2. The only possible downside? The rooms windows actually open , which I love, but it could be a problem if you have toddlers who like to climb.

This hotel is up in Nob Hill and is a bit of a walk down to Fisherman's walk, but if you don't mind walking it is a lovely place to stay, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean with the added bonus of a kitchenette, my luggage went missing between Las Vegas and San Francisco and the concierge was checking in with the airline to see when it would arrive at the hotel, All and all a lovely place to stay when in San Francisco.

6. The room included a comfortable queen-size bed, a mid-sized love seat, dining room table (a little worse for the wear) and entertainment center with large TV.
