3. Everyone else at the hotel was just as thoughtful and professional going out of their way to accommodate minor requests like extra towels or a blanket, to major inconveniences like helping us track down my missing wallet (left it in a cab).

9. Our requirements were simple; to find accommodation for our family of 5 in San Francisco at a location within walking distance of cable cars and close to a good selection of restaurants - without paying the earth.
