1. Despite being told at the airport that it was too far to walk from the BART we managed it fine - up a big hill dragging our suitcases (yes, we had a rest a couple of times).

9. The best part of our stay was the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff - Devin and Tony deserve a special mention for going out of their way during our stay - how refreshing to see such genuine helpfulness in a big city hotel.
