7. It's in a good location, near to the cable car stop although the cable car is usually full by the time it gets to the stop so we found it better to just walk down to the main stop past Union Square.

9. My boyfriend unfortunately became very ill just before we arrived in San Francisco, but he couldn't have had a better place to sleep and recover, and for me to shop and catch up with college friends.

10. i think this place would better suit personal travellers - only downsides as a business traveller were the juggle with the luggage (although porter was most prompt and helpful).
