1. The service was exceptional, even a spill by the kids on their bed was dealt with quickly with smiles, no 'tuts' or 'scowls'.

2. One minor issue is the lack of a dresser or drawers-the only clothing storage is a single closet, even though there's a floor-to-ceiling wood entertainment unit, it has no shelves or drawers except for the space for the TV and DVD player.

10. Walking to Nob Hill, Chinatown, Pacific Heights is very easy (hills excepted), and points farther away (Waterfront, Telegraph Hill) are also very walkable, so we only needed to use public transportation to get to Golden Gate park.
