Finally we want to especially thank Jesus at the Desk - He couldn't have been more warm, friendly and helpful - It's great to have a 'face' to a place and Jesus made our stay at The Donatello even more memorable & enjoyable - Thanks Jesus - We'll be planning our next stay at The Donatello Hotel again 'For Shore' - J & C Shore of CA.

6. Everyone who worked there seemed to have a genuine interest in making sure our stay was enjoyable and offered recommendations on things to do and places to eat.

7. Sadly, we did not use the Spa, Fitness Facilities or the Zingari Restaurant but we thouroughly enjoyed our return visit to San Francisco, made al the more enjoyable by The Donatello which we feel well worthy of a high rating.

9. We've stayed in San Francisco before, but this trip was by far was the most relaxing and enjoyable, due in large part to the wonderful staff and the fabulous amenities of the beautiful Donatello Hotel.
