4. The property is central to San Francisco`s attractions eg Pier 39 (a 20 minute walk),Alcatraz visit,Chinatown (6 blocks) and has the added attraction of free parking.

6. He told us that the cable car, which is 2 streets away from the hotel and one of SF's biggest tourist attractions, only ran one way up from Fisherman's Wharf, and that we would have to get other transport down??? It runs both ways.

8. This time we had a terrible experience -- when we arrived at about 4, they said they were overbooked and they sent us to a less attractive, further-out motel on Lomboard (with no rebate) -- and they gave us the wrong directions on how to get there.
